Mr Gallagher
Welcome to Mr. Gallagher's 5th and 6th class. It is a multigrade setting, where some subjects are taught to both classes collectively, while in other subjects, the curriculum is taught in a very much class specific way. This multigrade environment allows the younger students to glean knowledge from their older classmates. The older children, in turn, benefit from another year to revise and consolidate the maths rules, grammar and methodologies.
In the room we try to encourage an enjoyable and fun learning environment, with emphasis on learning through questioning, comparing, investigating , sharing and creating.
